I voted in a primary.
I walked in the snow, rain and sleet to get to my polling place and marked my ballot. So we shall see what happens.
Meanwhile in Chicago land, there is another 11 inches of snow due in by 6 pm! Damn it!
But on the upside there were no hobos sleeping directly outside my apartment door. Yep, I opened my apartment door yesterday and there was a hobo sleeping inside the apartment building, up 2 1/2 flights of stairs only to fall asleep on a set of stairs that are directly in front of our apartment door.
It was scary and freaky and my screams woke the BF, caused the hobo to run and had me shaky. Hobo man did re-appear out side the building and once he saw me point him out to the BF immediately turned and walked the other way.
The landlord was called, locks were checked and a note is on the door.

Sounds scary.
You don't see homeless people around here. I suppose they must exist, but you just don't see them.
